Joseph Wombacher comes to WrapManager with over eight years of experience in the financial services industry. He is well-versed in both the securities market and client services.
Previously, Mr. Wombacher served as a market maker on the Pacific Exchange floor, where he facilitated the trading of over 200 issues. Prior to that, he worked in the West Coast office of a major proprietary securites trading firm, where he supervised their equity trading operations. He holds numerous licenses, including a Series 7 General Securities Representative license, and the Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative, Series 24 General Securities Principal, Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law, Series 55 Equity Trader Limited Representative, and Series 4 Registered Options Principal licenses.
Mr. Wombacher began his career working for a Broker/Dealer in the Client Services Department, focused on developing and transitioning new clients; from there, he transferred into the Operations and Trading Departments, where he managed existing client accounts and oversaw their institutional trading desk.
Mr. Wombacher graduated with honors from the University of Oregon, with a B.A. in Economics. He recently became a new father and enjoys spending time with his family. Additionally, Mr. Wombacher is an avid fisherman, surfer, snowboarder and college football fan.
