Avatar Associates highlights that the growth in earnings we are seeing is largely coming from manufacturing and industrial processes, unlike the last two economic recoveries. However profits may slow a bit in the next few quarters as the financial sector continues to struggle to find replacements for proprietary trading and other derivatives which had inflated their profits.
